To add another authorized user to your credit card, log into your online banking account, select the credit card that you'd like to add another user, navigate to card services, choose authorized users, and click "add user."

Yes, we allow members to have multiple savings accounts for your different financial needs and goals.

To setup direct deposit, provide our Routing # 221481181 and your account number to your employer & Human Resource Department. 

Please call (866) 724-2384, use the Card Controls feature through online/mobile banking, or come into a local branch.

Now you can easily add a new or replacement card to your digital wallet before its physical version arrives in the mail, letting you instantly start or resume purchases. Simply request your card, click on the secure link we text you and follow the prompts, and your card will soon be added to your digital wallet.

You can deposit up to $5,000 per day using Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). Accounts opened online must be open for 90 days before remote deposit is available.

You can reset your PIN through Card Controls in Online Banking.

Unlocking requires intervention either by a staff member or through the password reset process.

You can update your address in-branch or via secure message, fax, or email. Proper identification and proof of new address are required. If your membership has been open 30 days or less, a notarized Affidavit of Account Changes will be required. Address updates CANNOT be made over the phone.

Yes, SCU offers a shared branch network, allowing members to perform transactions at other credit union branches. We also offer access to 71,000 surcharge-free ATMs.

You must provide personal information, such as full name, DOB, SSN, along with identification documents, proof of address, and funding for the initial depsit.

To apply for a mortgage, members need two years of W-2 forms, two years of tax returns, and two of their most recent pay stubs. Additionally, SCU may contact members' employers to verify employment details.

You must provide primary identification, proof of address, and Social Security or Tax ID number.

There is a $2.50 charge, plus any additional fees charged by the other financial institution.

A $5.00 minimum balance is required in your Share Savings account to maintain your membership. Save Your Way and Youth Savings account have no minimum balance requirement to avoid a fee, however, they do have minimum balance requirements to earn dividends. Please see the latest Truth-In-Savings Disclosure for requirements.

Yes, once you are a member of Suffolk Credit Union you can bank with us no matter where life takes you. With online & mobile banking, surcharge-free ATM networks, our contact center and shared branching, you can continue banking anywhere in the United States.
